Yes, absolutely! All of our artists are currently accepting new clients.
No, unfortunately, we do not accept walk-ins. We operate by scheduled appointments only. Please call us to book your appointment in advance.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies
We require a $100 deposit for appointments exceeding three hours. This deposit is held until your appointment date. If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the deposit.
As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminder calls 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to provide at least 48 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling, your deposit will be forfeited.
Policy Update
For select bookings, we securely store credit card information. Your card will only be charged in case of a last-minute cancellation or no-show appointment.
We understand delays happen. We offer a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please contact the salon if you anticipate being late.
Yes, we aim for your satisfaction. If you're unsatisfied with your service, we'll make adjustments within 7 days of your original visit. Refunds are not issued for services performed.
Prices vary based on the desired look, hair length, thickness, and history. We conduct a thorough consultation before any service to ensure we're on the same page.
